Processing – Hemp Drying.
For many farmers, hemp is a new crop and a new industry. So you might have limited contacts or knowledge of what to do after harvesting your crops. We’re here to help.
Drying has become the number one issue in the grow process. If your biomass is not dried properly, you can’t sell your product to a wholesale purchaser or processor.
Farmers often bail their crop with 60% to 70% moisture in their hemp, causing the biomass to mold and generate toxins that lead to rot. This runs the real risk of losing their hemp crop due to a lack of drying.
We provide the solution. Our post-harvest service includes heat drying or air drying, dependent on your end-product needs. Courtesy of our custom-built drying facility, our kilns are able to continuously dry large quantities of freshly-harvested plant material in a short period of time. For air-drying, we have extensive environmentally regulated facilities to hang dry your harvest over the necessary 7 to 14-day period.
We help you dry your biomass, secure the quality of your end-product, and maximize the value of your harvest. We make it as simple as possible. You grow the hemp and we handle your crop by drying your harvested hemp down to under 10% moisture content.

We have built a state-of-the-art processing facility and assembled an expert team of extraction artists, product manufacturers, and pharmacists to help you extract.

We help you exponentially increase the value of your end-product with our ethanol-based cryogenic extraction and THC-free extraction processing.
Ethanol extraction is a single-stream process that produces extracts under warm or cold conditions. It is cost-effective, safe, and creates high-quality products.
For distillation from crude into high-purity distillate, we employ a wiped film distillation process that separates compounds effectively and eliminates contaminants. Wiped film CBD distillation is better at separating compounds, so is more often used to distill CBD to increase potency (from roughly 50% in CBD crude oil to 70% to 90% in CBD distillate).
Throughout the extraction process, we monitor for inconsistencies and impurities, with quality as our top priority. Our efficient removal process ensures your end-product has 0 parts per million of any impurities or solvents, including ethanol.
